High-performance vulcanized rubber alumina liner plate
Vulcanized rubber alumina liner is a high-performance composite material. Through high-temperature vulcanization, 92% to 99% alumina ceramic sheets are combined with high-quality rubber (steel back plates are optional to enhance stability), integrating the ultimate hardness of ceramics with the buffering performance of rubber to form a seamless wear-resistant layer, effectively resisting material wear, impact and chemical corrosion faced by industrial equipment.

- Mining and Mineral Processing: Chutes, hoppers, and silos handling ores such as gold, iron, and coal, alongside aggregates and aggregates. It prevents premature failure of standard liners even when processing materials with high quartz content.
- Cement and Power Generation: Coal-fired conveying systems, ash discharge ducts, and mill feed components, withstanding high-temperature abrasion environments;
- Port Logistics: Conveyor belt skirt liners, ship unloader chutes, and silo interior walls, preventing material adhesion and blockages.
- Exceptional wear resistance: Aluminium oxide ceramics (HRA >= 85, HV10 >= 1100) exhibit wear resistance 170–266 times greater than high-chromium cast iron and manganese steel, ensuring prolonged service life even when handling high-hardness materials.
- Impact resistance: The rubber elastic layer absorbs impact energy from hundred-tonne material drops, preventing ceramic tile fracture and enabling adaptation to high-drop chutes, hoppers, and similar applications.
- Wide Temperature Adaptability: Withstands extreme environments from -50℃ (cold regions) to 250℃ (high-temperature equipment). Rubber remains non-ageing, ceramic retains adhesion, and structural integrity is maintained.
- Superior corrosion resistance: Withstands acidic and alkaline media (pH 3–12) and industrial chemical residues, suitable for chemical plants and coastal high-humidity environments;
- Flexible installation: Available in ceramic + rubber (2-in-1) or ceramic + rubber + steel (3-in-1) configurations. Can be cut, bent, and installed via bonding, welding, or bolting to accommodate curved chutes and other non-standard equipment.
Cost-effective and durable: Compared to traditional materials, liner replacement frequency is reduced by 80%, significantly cutting downtime and labour costs;
Reliable bonding: Utilising imported treatment agents and adhesives, the rubber-ceramic bond strength >=3.5MPa withstands 360℃ bending without detachment, delivering a decade of global application without failure;
Flexible customisation: Supports bespoke ceramic tiles (10x10mm–100x150mm), panels (up to 900x900mm), and thicknesses (ceramic 1.5–50mm, rubber 3–10mm) to precisely match equipment requirements;
Noise reduction and safety: Rubber layer dampens vibration and impact noise, complying with global noise standards while enhancing workplace safety.
